Simple, fair refund terms

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your aptura.io subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no questions asked.

This applies to:

  • New subscription purchases (Pro and Enterprise plans)
  • Plan upgrades
  • Add-on purchases (Project Packs)

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@aptura.io with:

  • Your account email address
  • The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

We aim to respond within 1 business day.

You don't need a reason to request a refund within the 14-day period. We believe in our product and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

After cancellation:

  • Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period
  • You keep full access to all features during this time
  • No further charges after the billing period ends

After your billing period ends, your account reverts to the free plan (3 projects per month).

Cancellation and refunds are different. Cancelling stops future charges but does not trigger a refund. To get a refund, contact us within 14 days of your purchase.

After the 14-Day Period

After 14 days, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

If you cancel mid-cycle, your subscription remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

In exceptional circumstances (billing errors, service outages), contact us and we'll make it right.

EU Consumer Rights

As a German company, we comply with EU consumer protection law (§ 312g BGB).

Our 14-day money-back guarantee aligns with the statutory right of withdrawal for digital services.
